About Me

I am Arber, founder and managing director of Seven Eleven Accountants. I have over 20 years of experience in accounting and business management.

Over the years, apart from looking after my clients, I have also set up and developed many businesses; some became successful and some failed, but regardless, all of them have given me experience and knowledge in order to overcome obstacles in the world of business.

After successfully setting up, growing and then selling my previous accounting firm, I decided to set up Seven Eleven Accountants, dedicated to work only with small and medium sized businesses.

About Us

Here at Seven Eleven Accountants, we like to think we’re the best accountants for small businesses. Whether you’re a start-up or fully established, our working practices are designed to meet our clients’ needs every step of the way by creating a supportive environment that helps them to flourish.

We aim to be more than just an accountancy service. Our clients’ success is incredibly important to us, so we want to help them grow and improve in any way we can. We can do this in a variety of ways, whether it’s simple financial management, setting up more efficient systems in the business, offering unlimited out-of-hours support or something else entirely.

It’s vital that our clients feel like they can trust us, which is why we put the focus on minimising their anxieties. We don’t want our clients worrying about whether we’re hitting targets or whether we’ve understood what they’ve asked of us. We make it a priority to be clear with our communication and pride ourselves on our transparency. Our customers always know where they stand, which leaves them free to focus on other areas of their business.

It isn’t just our clients that we’re focused on helping. We care deeply about improving the world around us and making things better wherever we can, whether it’s through small day-to-day acts or grander gestures. We also love to inspire and encourage others to do the same and make a difference where they can.

Put quite simply, we’re not like other accountants.

Our Core Values

Seven Eleven Accountants is built upon three core values which we deeply care about.

Cooperation

We always aim for seamless collaboration with our clients. From the start, we’ll work with you to establish your goals and map out a plan to achieve them, identifying smaller goals we can hit along the way. This means we’ll be on the same page from the very beginning.

We’ll also appoint a single person to work with your business, rather than passing you to different departments of our firm. They’ll be your main point of contact, dealing with our team on your behalf. This effectively puts our team under your control, so you won’t have to worry about investing in someone in-house to do the same job.

We also believe that transparency is key to smooth cooperation, both in the work we do and how we communicate. We’ll give you full access to our files so the work we do is completely visible to you. We also like to stay in touch with regular meetings via phone and video. This makes it easier to keep things clear, minimise misunderstandings and stay on track.

Nurturing

We like to look after our clients every step of the way, whether they’re new to business or fully established. We’ll offer you DiSC profiling, which will give us a deeper understanding of you and your business, so that we can work better alongside you. This will also give you a better insight into your strengths and weaknesses, and how you can best reach your potential.

We’ll also research your business background and your industry so that we can get to know you better. This means we’ll be able to provide a better insight into your industry trends. We’ll use this knowledge with our extensive advisory services, so you’ll never have to make another uninformed decision.

We also provide tools to help ease the administrative burden of your business. We’ll set up systems to help with financial management, and also offer advice on processes that could improve your workflow and increase your bank balance. With this and the unlimited support we offer, you’ll never feel alone.

Making a Difference

We believe that owning a business puts us in a position to help others, so it’s our duty and our privilege to do so. Nowadays, we’re more connected than ever- we don’t just want to make a difference to our clients or our own team, but to the wider community around us.

By making a difference, we don’t mean making grand gestures or investing a huge amount of time and money. We believe in making positive change with the everyday things a business does, like buying local to help small businesses and contributing to the local economy. We also put the focus on building sustainable practices within our own business and forging relationships with other businesses that share the same values.

We also believe in supporting local businesses and projects by allocating free services to help them, as well as providing space and facilities for good causes to use. With these simple gestures, we believe we can make the world of difference to others at very little cost to ourselves.

Why Seven Eleven Accountants?

I was looking for a reliable and efficient accountant and Seven Eleven Accountants was recommended to me by an architect friend. He has been Arber’s client for a number of years, and has been very happy with his services.

I needed an accountant because I was struggling with keeping my accounts up to date and to stay on top of the business side of my activities as an architectural photographer.

Arber took me on and introduced me to a really useful set of productivity tools, as well as taking care of every aspect of the accounting and my VAT returns. On occasion he has even offered up very useful business advice, when I needed guidance, his experience has reassured me and made me much more confident going forward.

I can wholeheartedly recommend Arber to anyone needing an experienced hand with their accounts and business, and I also really appreciate his friendly and no-nonsense approach to his clients.

Running my UK business remotely was not an easy task so I needed someone professional, reliable and trustworthy. Arber and his team delivers on all three to the point where he has become integral part of my business.

I came across Seven Eleven Accountants by chance while I was looking to change my non-responsive accountant. After I had set up a company in UK I needed a lot of help and support. From the start I realised that I have met a proper accountant that gave me support not just with accounting and tax but with other aspects of the business.

Apart from tax compliance, bookkeeping, payroll and financial control Arber is my to-go person for any business inquiry I have. He never hesitates to give his best.

Frequent Asked Questions

Why do I need an accountant?

You don’t! But with an accountant by your side your business has a better chance of success. Apart from compliance work so you do not break the law, accountant will help your business grow.

What do you know about my industry?

We have 20 years of experience working with SMEs. Also as soon as you join us, we’ll research your business and your industry so that we can get to know you better. This means we’ll be able to provide a better insight into your industry trends.

Who will I work with?

We’ll also appoint a single person to work with your business, rather than passing you to different departments of our firm. They’ll be your main point of contact, dealing with our team on your behalf.

Is it easy to change accountant?
Yes. You do not need to do anything. From the moment we come to an agreement, we take care of everything. We will contact your previous accountant and arrange the transfer of files and data.
How much does it cost?

Every company is unique and it has different needs.  Our services are tailored for each client so you pay only for the services you need. Our pricing is transparent, fixed in advance and outlined in full.

Can I pay monthly?
Yes. We are a small firm and our clients are small and medium sized businesses so cash flow is important to us all. Although the price is for the whole financial year you will pay in monthly instalments via direct debit.
What if I want to cancel?
There is no binding contract, no small print designed to catch you out; you can terminate our working agreement at any time. And depending on the work we have done, you may get money back or have to pay extra to balance the account.
Can I pay annually?
Yes. Some work will be done for the financial years that have already passed. The fees for this work will have to be paid by invoice and half of the agreed fees will have to be paid before we start work.
